Her pancake recipe is the one I cook every Sunday, and the curried peanut sauce is also a big hit. Her seitan recipes are a staple in our household. Highly recommend!

There is a good variety of simple and delicious meals that can be whipped up after work, as well as more complicated recipes for special occasions. I definitely have found some go to recipes from this book that I make on a regular basis now and many many more that I can't wait to try. I just made the Chocolate Ginger cookies for a christmas party and everyone loved them and I make the Goddess Noodles almost once a week!

My husband bought me this book last Christmas and the amount of great recipes that we made together is amazing. User friendly for every level cook. If you aren't vegan you will still enjoy the hell out of this book because everything in it is delicious.

The recipes are so quick, easy, and uncomplicated- basically perfect for someone with a busy schedule who is health conscious and wants to cook for themselves without having to buy too many exotic ingredients. Many of the recipes can come together in 30 minutes and are amazingly delicious.

I have made 70% of the recipes in the book and almost every single one of them is fantastic. The recipes are creative and inventive. Also, Isa's blurb's before the recipes are witty and entertaining. Book also has lots of great pictures. My favourties: mini tofu muffin pan omelets and chipoltle sausage hash, rosemary cookies, white wine risotto with shitaake bacon, beet burgers, chocolate cake, peanut butter granola bars, lemon blueberry loaf, phyllo pot pie, roasty soba bowl, cast iron stir fry, meaty beany chili with cornbread muffins, ranch salad with smoky chickpeas, pesto soup with gnocchi.
