Most of the ingredients in this book can be used again and again and you would probably have on hand if you fequently make whole food and healthy recipes at home.

I don't understand why there are so many pictures of Gwyneth in the book. It doesn't make sense. Did she think this is a freaking magazine. It is on my coffee table because the pictures are nice but the recipes are so so or have a bajillion "whole foods" ingredients. Ain't nobody got time or $$$ for that. BYEEE

All of the recipes I've made so far have turned out fantastic and tasty. This book helped my father, who is overweight, lose 15lbs in under a month. A must for the healthy cook. Only con: some ingredients are slightly hard to find.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from FABULOUS cook book! This is a wonderful cook book! Very simple but tasty recipes all from common home ingredients. I am not one to go out and buy a random spice or product for one recipe so having all the ingredients common house hold ones makes cooking easy. I also really like that it is tailored to those with strict diets (i.e. I am gluten free, dairy free, and sugar free) but also can be easily altered to accommodate those who are not (makes cooking for my partner and I very easy). None-the-less you never loose flavor and feel great after every meal.

Some of the recipes are now staples in my kitchen - like the "Go-To" Black Beans, Yogurt-Tahini salad dressing, and Pickled Jalapenos. I do tweak some of the ingredients (like using regular mayonnaise instead of Vegenaise), and everything turns out perfectly. Would definitely recommend this cookbook!

Yes, recipes can get expensive, but if you're open to playing around with the ingredients you can cut costs. I make her quinoa granola with regular oats (still delicious and one batch lasts my husband and I a week) and for most soups I use store bought stock and dried herbs. I swear by her chipotle sweet potato soup; bonus, the can of peppers lasts months in the fridge. My substitutions may not vibe with the clean message behind the book, but I'm not a mega-rich superstar so I'm sure she'd forgive me.

The food looked great and sounded yummy (most things) but the list of required ingredients was so very long that one meal would have taken up a lot of time to construct and a lot of money to make.

Her sautéed corn recipe has won me over to chimichurri sauce after I said I would never eat it again (another famous chefs recipe.) I have tried over 2 dozen recipes in the last month and only 1 I would rate at 4/5. The rest were all 5/5. Be prepared to restock your pantry with foods you might never have used before. My husband and I are feeling much healthier, full of energy and happier. He weighed himself 2 days ago worried that after eating so much food that he would weigh more. I was 1 dress size smaller and 8 pounds. He was 10 pounds less. This book does not list sugars, or calories or fats. The title says it all, It's All Good.
