Rated 5 out of 5 by from A MUST for everyone's Library of Business Books I have been teaching/coaching entrepreneurs and business people about customer service and customer appreciation for over 35 years. Tommy Spaulding's book needs to be part of your library of exceptional books to not only read but to memorize. The reasons people and business succeed is because of the human relationship not just because of a product or service. It's also what you GIVE that you GET back more. Not only did I read this book several times, highlighted points and phrases - laughed at things that I've done without realizing it - but I also purchased the audio edition so that I can listen to it over and over so that the points he made become part of ME - and I can use these stories toward my audience. It's multiplicity - If only one follows the principles and tells two others who do the same then the spider-web effect begins and not only do forged relattionships begin - but what a wonderful world we'd create.
