Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent! This is a must read, whether you are religious or not. The author presents facts, not gratuitous accusations, and the line of thought is easy to follow, the logic impeccable. A bit apologetic at the end, but since Bart Ehrman is living and working in the American South, I guess he has to walk on eggs sometimes... He must certainly not walk on water over there!

Editorial Reviews

“There’s something delicious (for nonbelievers, anyway) about the implacable, dispassionate way that Ehrman reveals how the supposedly “divine truth” of Christianity was historically constructed.”
