A yoga teacher friend of mine incorporates reading a passage into her classes and it's always a perfect way to get into final savasana. I read it every morning as a way to start my day on a positive thoughtful note.

Each morning over our cappuccino, I read the day's passage to my husband. It has become our morning ritual. Great insights and great reminders about all we have, and all that there is to be grateful for in this amazing world.

I found this book to be profoundly helpful in dealing with the craziness of life, as well as helping to remind us to be grateful for those days that aren't so crazy. I would recommend this book to anybody who is going through a change that they find stressful. I have this book beside my bed and refer to it often.
