Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A children's book that makes your heart smile Children's literature is usually not my choice of reading material, more so for writing a serious review on (worry that my review could probably be longer that the sum of all the text in this book). Nevertheless, I have to say "Wild Westt Bananza" was a rare find. I really enjoyed this book! A simple story portraying a town of cute characters who had found their freedom of choice and expression. It was actually a heart-warming and inspirational moment when I read of the monkey-looking sheriff saying to his town people, "I like you as you are." (or something along this line, forgive my poor memory) After reading the story, I went back to look closely at all the lovely characters one by one. My favourite? A dressed-up catepillar who said nothing but apparently was talented enough to cook gourmet food - you know what, his smile was infectious. I want to be his friend. Cheers.
