Shintaro Kisaragi is about to have a terrible day.

After two years of being an unemployed shut-in, Shintaro Kisaragi is forced out of his room and into the wide, uncaring world by a disastrous series of events involving his computer's keyboard and a bottle of soda. What begins as a simple errand soon spirals out of control as his luck turns from bad to worse. It starts with a hostage situation and only gets weirder from there--and it turns out Shintaro Kirasagi isn't the only person whose life is going to be changed forever this blistering summer afternoon!
Sidu is best known for illustrating the light novel series, Kagerou Daze. JIN is best known as the author of the Kagerou Daze light novel series.

The writer and translator do a wonderful job of creating vivid scenes such as the description of enjoying a pop. Due to a computer mishap Shintaro Kisaragi is forced to leave the security of his home to begin an odyssey that will lead to encountering a mysterious group with quite the agenda. A great start to the series.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Astonishing! I'm a huge fan of the Kagerou Project series, so owning and being able to read a physical copy of Jin's work is a blessing. Sidu's art makes it all the better! Though it is relatively pricey in compared to other anime light novels, I personally find the story intriguing enough to overlook the negative detail. #plumreview
