Rated 5 out of 5 by from Had to read this for school This was a required textbook for a course I am taking for my HR certificate. It seems to be a very informative book, though I am only partially through it. It is well written and easy to read through. I was surprised to find it available here, as my own school didn't have it in stock. The shipping was also very fast. I am very pleased with this purchase.
