Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic This book has brought home to me, more then any other book of its kind! I have read several other books on similar topics that all boil down to the same thing. If you change your thinking, you change your life. Robin Sharma has put it in the simplist terms. It's like an idiot's guide to success. The book is done in a way that makes it a captivating read while absorbing the knowledge at the same time. Hats off to Leadership Wisdom From The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari Best self help book I've ever read. If I can utilize even half of what I've learned here, my life will never be the same again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from An Excellent Read! Want to find out what's really important in business, in retailing...in life? Robin Sharma has given us a glimpse of how good things could be, and through the storyteller's words, shown us how to approach those sometimes overwhelming obstacles to achievement of one's goals. Even the obstacles we put there ourselves. VERY highly recommended reading here.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Leadership Wisdom from the Monk Who Sold his Ferra This book is an excellent read and the 8 Rituals, if practiced by organizations whether they are business, government, charitable, etc. would make the world a better place. I particularly like the way he summarized at the end of each chapter. This is the first of Robin's books that i have read, but I will be picking up another shortly.
