Rated 5 out of 5 by from Consultant Halifax N.S. Without belabouring the points, this book gets to he heart of the issue that is missed by many organizations. The path identified in this story is one that is well laid out and easy for any organization to follow. To implement however, will take real belief in the essence of the message but the rewards can be significant. This does work and is worth the effort!
