Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great book with important information for all! This book is a rich source of information about how our past experiences can influence our longevity and the power we have within us to make changes to live longer and healthier lives. Dr. Chin draws on important scientific discoveries and provides us with practical information on what we need to do. The question is, do you consider yourself a worthwhile investment and are you willing to put your energy into Putting Your Peak Health Program Together, as she challenges us to do? As a psychotherapist I'm recommending it to my clients to help them live longer, healthier and happier lives. As a reader I've made many of the changes myself.
