Rated 5 out of 5 by from Linda McCartney's Home Cooking Excellent book! A must for any vegetarian or prospective vegetarian. Some of the meatless recipes for the traditional favourites (Meatloaf, Shepherd's Pie) will fool a meat eater. Highly recommend.
