When I found this book, I hoped I could get to the bottom of my problems. I am pleasantly surprised by the content. It is well-written - accessible to the lay person, yet containing the science behind the theory. And Ricki Heller provides so many good recipes that actually help keep you on track. I have just started the "diet" and already feel more alert and comfortable in my body. I am so glad I happened upon this book.
