Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything I hoped for and more! I always suspected my health issues were related to an overabundance of yeast in my body. When I found this book, I hoped I could get to the bottom of my problems. I am pleasantly surprised by the content. It is well-written - accessible to the lay person, yet containing the science behind the theory. And Ricki Heller provides so many good recipes that actually help keep you on track. I have just started the "diet" and already feel more alert and comfortable in my body. I am so glad I happened upon this book.

Her recipes are beyond creative, and as I can vouch, delicious.” —Go Dairy Free WebsitePraise for Sweet Freedom:“Although some might believe a vegan diet is exclusive, Heller believes it is the only way of eating that can include the most people. . . .
