Rated 3 out of 5 by from I think that a lot of these celebrities are forgetting that most people who want to stay in shape cannot do these types of workouts. These High Intensity Interval Training Sessions are taxing to the nervous system. Most average fitness enthusiasts can not submit their bodies to so much strain and exercise. The book is average with a lot of it taken from what one reads in Muscle and Fitness, Mens Fitness or Mens Health.
