Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Book for Toddler/Preschooler My son loves all of the Llama Llama books. We started with this one when he was having trouble at daycare during drop off. Within a couple of days of reading this he settled down and actually enjoyed being dropped off at daycare. This book really helped him processing his emotions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful book My son and I absolutely love the Llama Llama series! I got this book as a present from my 3.5 year old niece just before she started kindergarten. Both mother and daughter loved the book. The timing couldn't have been better. Like other books in the series, it validates kids' fears, shows them that it will be OK, and in some books (like Llama Llama Mad at Mama) gives parents ideas on how to deal with the situation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrific book Much needed book to introduce preschool/kindergarten and separation from parent. Wish I'd had it to read to my 3 year old before he started, read it to my 1 1/2 year-old before school year. Both of my kids love the illustrations and "read along"
