Rated 5 out of 5 by from Informative and inspiring I enjoyed reading this book. In a society where one can believe hope is gone for local, healthy, affordable and sustainable food, Sarah Elton brings light by providing information and examples from the canadian soil. Thank you, I now am more confident of the possibility to have my own garden and exchange with my neighbours' produce... And hopefully, one day, I will visit some of the places mentioned.
