Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible! Don't buy it This book is confusing and useless. If you follow the words only you will see that the pictures have many more steps that aren't given in the written instructions. You are then left wondering how to get your layout to look like the picture (which side first?). I wonder if the other reviewer has seen what her niece has made. My daughter was equally excited about deciding what would go first as well. However, even with my experience, I couldn't figure out the easy ones. I think we will return this and stick to the videos available on Youtube.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly what it says! I saw this book on the Indigo on-linr store, and I immediately knew it would be perfect for my 8 year old niece, who is absolutely crazy about rainbow loom. The book was all that was described, and more. I gave it to my niece at our Easter dinner, and she spent 2 hours with her Dad looking at the projects...noting the skill levels involved (noted in the book). I had hoped her first project would be a puppy figure for me, but it looks like it will be a Superman figure for her Dad. They are thrilled, and so am I. Very practical gift and a fun book for kids! I will probably buy another, or a sequel.
