"I've always been a fan of Skye Warren ever since I read Wanderlust. Her writing is flawless and tales captivating. Love The Way You Lie is no exception. 5 Stars." ~ Pepper Winters, New York Times bestselling author of Tears of Tess

I'll do anything to stay hidden, even if that means working at the scariest club in town. Then he shows up, mysterious and yet strangely familiar. And so damn sexy.

When he looks at me, I forget why I can't have him. He's beautiful and scarred. His body fits mine, filling the places where I'm hollow, rough where I am soft.

He's the only man who wants to help, but he has secrets of his own.

He has questions I can't answer.

I’m running from my past, but his might catch me first.

LOVE THE WAY YOU LIE is a full-length novel that does stand alone. Fair warning: contains scorching scenes in the VIP room.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Squirm in discomfort! I loved it! Both our characters have a past they are trying to keep from everyone. Honey shares nothing, but then again, her reasons are for someone else, and not necessarily herself. She carries herself with a vulnerability that is evident to everyone, though she thinks they can't see it. Her past is painful but it didn't make her run, a threat to her sister made her go. Even at the very end, she is willing to do whatever it takes to keep those she cares about safe and absorb any threat against them Kip is a straight up mystery through the whole book, all the way up to and past the turning point. What he does and why he does it might be clear to him, but not to Honey. He also thinks he is hiding who he truly is, but takes one to know one, and she sees the true him, if not the who and what he is I love reading books where the characters are so interesting but the story makes your stomache ache a bit. I keep wanting to stop, because I don't like bad things happening to good people, but I needed to see how it went, how they got there, and who they were to each other This was an amazing ride, and once I wrapped up in the story, I couldn't turn away, and I didn't want to either, I needed to see how this finished up. It didn't disappoint, but I knew it wouldn't, and I had my tissues close by for the heartache and, more importantly, the happily ever after - perfect!!!
