Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this book! This book is amazing - if you are looking for tasty yet filling low carb recipes, then this book is for you. It mainly focuses around good quality meats and fish, but it has a wide selection of egg dishes and vegetable dishes too. For $10.00 this book is well worth it. I would, and have, recommend this to anyone looking for simple and delicious low carb lunch and dinner ideas.
