The governments medical database, MedlinePlus, will tell you that flax oil, an omega-3 essential fatty acid, is a blood thinner and lowers blood pressure. It works so well, there are warnings for bleeders. Flax oil cost a lot less then blood pressure medications, not to mention being healthy and natural, and will naturally eliminate dry skin problems.

This book is biology based with instructions on how I cleared my clogged arteries, with flax oil. This is not symptom management. Once the arteries are cleaned, it is up to you if they get clogged again.

This short book explains how to use omega-3 fatty acids (flax oil) to lower blood pressure naturally and nutritionally. Included is the the dosage used and when I took. Fresh flax oil is required for this to actually work. You will also learn what most people notice when they first take flax oil. Flax oil cost: about $25 a month in the USA.

Unless fresh flax oil is used, this will not work. This works a lot better if the intake of saturated fats is significantly reduced.

WARNING: This is not for people with bleeding problems, going into surgery in the very near future, or pregnant mothers. Please monitor your blood pressure carefully when taking flax oil, as I was able to lower my blood pressure significantly below normal in a very short time. Please do this with the consent and knowledge of your health care provider, before starting.
