Things are fairly normal in Hard Pan, population forty-three. But to Lucky, fairly normal means fairly boring, and she’s restless. Rated 3 out of 5 by from A Middle Child of a book A solid follow up to the Newbery Medal winning Higher Power of Lucky. However, even though the writing is excellent the storyline didn't feel very creative. I am hoping the end of the trilogy is more outstanding.
