There is a great section on cooking with kids too! Amazing value for the price, my only complaint is there is a lot of meat recipes so only some of the recipes are relevant for those who are following a plant-based diet.

There is a good variety of street and ethnic foods and the photography is beautiful. Can't wait to try his Ban Mi Sandwich and Stove Top Clambake.

My only gripe is that I just wish it included more pictures of the actual dishes themselves for each recipe.

The recipes create some of the most delicious food that I have ever tasted and they can easily be tweaked to either fit your own tastes or even experiment. While I may not have tried everything that this cookbook has to offer, it is seriously a must-have for any and all; no matter their level of expertise. The sheer variety is enough to make you gasp while the pictures will make you drool. Yes, it is THAT good.

This book is so interesting from the colorful pictures and song playlists to listen to while cooking, to the stories the author has included with each recipe. It is not just a cookbook! I haven't tried to make anything yet but I am looking forward to trying the unique recipes.
