Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! I love this book. Uses a lot of dark chocolate which is nice, and could be substituted I'm sure. I really loved that it shows you how to make your own chocolate milk and cocoa from scratch. Definitely worth the $10 they're charging if you're a chocolate lover!
