Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just lovely ! I am a vegetarian and I was looking for a vegetarian/vegan cookbook, preferably with images since I am visual. I found this one in store and bought it. Not only are the pictures wonderful, appetizing and motivate me to cook all the recipes, but the recipes themselves are not complicated to make and so much variety and creativity... love it ! Much recommended :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I Love It So Far I've made three things from this cookbook thus far. I love the Kale and Red Cabbage Slaw which I've already made handful of times, it's simple, healthy and delicious. Bulgur and Chickpea Salad with Carrot-Pistachio Dressing was pure pleasure in my mouth. The third recipe I tried was Buddha Bowl. I thought it tasted too plain. But there are plenty of other recipes I can't wait make try out.
