Rated out of 5 by from I really like this cookbook. As I am new to the vegertarian world, this book was a wonderful introduction that used ingredients I can easily find and recipes that are simple to prepare. I really like the recipes at the back of the book that you can prep at the beginning of the week and use throughout;a real time saver. I finally know how to cook dried beans properly, YEAH! Way to go Martha Stewart Living!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I Love It So Far I've made three things from this cookbook thus far. I love the Kale and Red Cabbage Slaw which I've already made handful of times, it's simple, healthy and delicious. Bulgur and Chickpea Salad with Carrot-Pistachio Dressing was pure pleasure in my mouth. The third recipe I tried was Buddha Bowl. I thought it tasted too plain. But there are plenty of other recipes I can't wait make try out.
