Rated 5 out of 5 by from One Of His Best Works You can't agree with everything that CS Lewis states in the book. For instance he never found out that Augustine used Plato's nonsense proof that pagans have immortal souls. In other words there is no Moral Law inside mankind besides the one He chooses from the mortal flock. One particular chapter is deals with this error and remains and critical error in theology in modern times. Other lectures in this classic are worth reading though. Though one can't agree with everything that CS writes; there are plenty of excellent to good ideas in this book. The hardback comes with a built in book ribbon where you can mark pages, black and white pictures in Lewis' time and key ideas repeated in a larger format to underscore some of the main themes of the chapter. Worth getting.
