The recipes are super easy to make, they are seriously DELICIOUS, and it is all laid out beautifully with an inspiring approach to healthy eating. It's been my favourite cookbook since buying a few months ago.

Maria's story is very inspirational and relatable, and a message that many of us need to hear. The cookbook is very well laid out and her photographs are absolutely stunning. Many of the recipes are Greek/Mediterranean. The couple of recipes that I've made so far have tasted delicious and were really easy to follow. I can't wait to make more!
