Rated 5 out of 5 by from Picture Perfect I bought this book on a whim, I collect baking books and I thought, Why not? Turns out it is absolutly excellent. The photos are magnificient and many recipes have a traditional version as well as a quick version. Everything I have baked thus far looks exactly as promised, as well as being very simple to follow. I bought it at the same time as Martha Stewart's new baking book and I enjoy this one much more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A yummy review . . . This is an excellent cookbook! Full of great pictures, easy to follow recipes and a handy guide, this is the best desert book I've ever owned. Every recipe I've tried so far has come out really well and very delicious.
