Rated 3 out of 5 by from I found It... Ok Hi, I have anxiety issues of being alone. this book has no focus on anxiety that teens, such as myself have, exsept for social and homework anxiety! The writers also say almost nothing I find helpful. If your anxiety is't social and school related work anxiety, I do not recommend this book. I must commend this book for its helpful messeges and it methods tho, because even if I found this book ussless, I think It would help teens with social and homework anxiety lots.
