Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Beef with Meat I bought this book a couple of weeks ago and it was exactly what I needed to solidify my decision to become vegan last year after my guy has 2 stents put in due to ongoing Angina. After his 'cardiac event', he read about Bill Clinton's story and Forks over Knives. We were already vegetarians, but this really helped us get over the hump to becoming more diligent in our food choices. This past weekend I made the 'Bad to the bone chili'..no oil, lots of veggies and it's absolutely delicious. Cannot wait to try more recipes.
