Rated 5 out of 5 by from love this book I bought this for my school library, because it is so perfect. I like that it's so nonchalant about the characters being Native, while embracing things that everyone can find joy in.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cute, happy board book. Easy to memorise for bedtime/naptime, cute illustrations (without being cutesy), and a good visual introduction to First Nations cultures.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Book A lovely book, with beautiful illustrations and messages that go beyond what the book is about; teaching kindness, being grateful, different cultures (what's bannock) and being present. love it! #plumreview

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Treasure the moments I purchased several copies of his because to me they are the best Valentine to send to some of my favourite people, friends, aunties and grandmas, grandpas and uncles too. The illustrations are simply charming, the text reveals those small moments that twinkle like stars in your memory. The moments when a child tucks their hand in yours and shares a wish, a special secret, a wistful dream. Those moments reinforce the bonds of love that help to build strong youth; resilient, resourceful and knowing who they are is enough! Share this with those special ones!
