Not only does she break down poses with pictures and a detailed explanation but she also uses cues on her pictures to help you ensure your posture is correct. Her story and journey into yoga that she weaves into the book was wonderful too. Love this book and can't recommend it enough!

Her own health and mental health journey is interesting and I like that it is dispersed throughout the book in bits and pieces, rather than unloading it on you all at once.
