Author Voss takes pulls us into his former life as an FBI Hostage Negotiator. It was fascinating to see how Chris Voss and the FBI evolved in saving hostages lives using deep EQ negotiation skills, tactics and over-arching strategy. Chris leaves very little on the table with his book. I am certain it has a lot of business applications. I highly recommend you read it if you want to raise your negotiation game. I have often said that ‘negotiation is a 100 shades of grey on a good day’ and author Voss verifies this. Buy this book. Grab a fist full of highlighters and go to town!”
