Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sex drugs and rock and roll At first Rose seems to be living the dream - a fabulous house in the Cotswolds, a wealthy music mogul husband and 3 cute kids. But flashbacks reveal a murky university past involving sex, drugs and rock and roll. Now I am sure all of you did things you now regret when you were younger but Rose and James broke the law both criminally and morally. This all comes to haunt them as the extent of how foolishly-badly they behaved is revealed. I am not a fan of flashbacks but in this case they set the scene perfectly and are so well written they easy to follow. I found I really cared what happened to Rose and her children, but not about James. Only a so so ending but a book I couldn't put it down until the very last page. I will definitely read more by Claire Seeber.
