Rated 4 out of 5 by from A must have! I saw an interview with the author on t.v. regarding cooking. I tried one of the recipes that was in this book (we are not vegetarians, but my children both are). We loved the recipe. It was a tofu dish that involved stuffing it into a baked potato. All the recipes in the book involve something that you have in your cupboard at home-which I like. I love cook books and this one ranks up there with the best.
