Rated 5 out of 5 by from A great addition to my reading list This book is a great and fast read. It covers Niagara's food scene from farming to local restaurants. I've been a life-long Niagara resident and I still learned a ton. I really enjoyed the writing, which made this book readable rather than a dry history book.
