about

New York Times bestselling series!

Lizzie Brown is all for letting the good times roll…until a dark voodoo church rises up in the bayou outside of New Orleans. Now ritual fires are burning long into the night and the dead are having a hard time staying that way.

Lizzie goes in undercover to put a stop to the madness. Good thing she can count on her sexy shape-shifter husband, as well as her Grandma’s gang of biker witches. Too bad nobody’s watching her trusty dog, Pirate, who has become way too friendly with the phantom haunting a long-forgotten Victorian séance room.

Secrets and spirits abound. Nothing is what it seems. And when legions of the dead threaten the city, there may be no stopping them.

“A fast, savvy, hilarious romp through a real world populated by paranormal mischief…Fox is one of my new favorite paranormal authors.”  —Pop Syndicate

“This book is a pleasure to read. It is fun, humorous, and reminiscent of Charlaine Harris or Kim Harrison’s books.”  —Sacramento Book Review

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lizzie & the Biker Witches in New Orleans - Oh Boy! I have been hooked on Angie Fox's Demon Slayer series from book one. In fact, I had to purchase 3 copies of book one because I'd lend them out and not get them back so they quickly became gifts. The 7th installment (which I received as an ARC) doesn't disappoint. Just when you wonder what other trouble Lizzie, Pirate, Dimitri, and the Biker Witches could get into, Angie Fox creates a whole new book that sucks you right back into their world for another fun, whirlwind adventure. This time, the destination is New Orleans (or N'awlins as we call it), and Lizzie and the gang are caught up in a wondrous voodoo, necromancer, creole mess that you will thoroughly enjoy reading.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous, funny, and exciting Angie Fox just keeps the fun going! Amazon’s ‘Freebie” program turned up a jewel when I found the first book of this series, The Accidental Demon Slayer. As I said in that review, “I am thrilled to say I wound up with a ruby. Hey, I like rubies better than diamonds, so sue me!” “Come on, who wouldn’t be thrilled to have a kick-butt, 70-something, pink-Harley-riding grandma show up on your doorstep on your 30th birthday to help you kick demon backside? Well, if you happen to be the ‘turning-thirty-preschool-teacher” hiding in the bathroom from said grandma, things can get a bit confusing, but come on. A Pink Harley? Got to love it!” “And the action only starts there. Strap your hyperactive Jack Russell into a ferret bag across your chest, hop on the back of Grandma’s Hog, (even if you do get carsick in anything faster than a tricycle) and take off for the Red Skull Hog Ridin’ Grannies biker bar, with demons in pursuit. What happens after had me grinning like a crazed biker granny myself, as Lizzie and Grandma kick fanny and take names across the American South – and a good portion of Hell.” “Night of the Living Demon Slayer” is Book Seven of the Demon Slayer Series, and I have to say, this one is just as good as the first one. I haven’t had an opportunity to read the ‘in-between’ books yet, but I was still able to read this one and greatly enjoy it without reading them. But I do have the rest of them on my list and fully intend to read them. They are just too much fun not to. This time, Lizzie and the hog ridin’ grannies, along with Pirate the talking Jack Russell and Flappy the white dragon (yep, Lizzie has all the cool pets!) are headed to New Orleans to help out Carpenter, a Necromancer Lizzie owes a favour, take out a zombie white alligator. Yep. It is bound to be exciting – and it doesn’t disappoint. Action and adventure, zombies and voodoo, oh yes – this is some great fun! Let yourself relax, open your mind to the fun, and enjoy this series. It isn’t serious, so don’t expect it to be. Just be prepared to appreciate it for what it is – a rip-roaring good time! Overall, Angie goes in my ‘must read when I am reading just for myself’ pile. She made me laugh, and her story was a pure, guilty pleasure. What more can I ask? Recommended. I received this book from the publisher in exchange for a realistic review. All thoughts are my own. Thank you, Season Publishing and Angie Fox!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hits keep coming for Lizzie and gang ►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►► Note: I was given an advance copy of this from the author in exchange for a honest review. ►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►►► Night of the Living Demon Hunter by Angie Fox I started reading this series long before getting a free copy and loved the series from the start. Getting an ARC doesn't change that opinion. I love the biker witches and Pirate the talking dog (wish the dragon talked too... maybe we can get the witches working on a spell for that) ... we have a yummy griffin, and something a little different that Lizzie has to fight and overcome each book. If you haven't read the other five books in this series, you can start with this one and not be too terribly lost. I missed the launch of the book because I got behind with my reading and like reading series in order, it's the little things in the background I like getting, because certain things are running through all the books. The characters are likeable and you want to root for them, and cry when something happens. The story flows along nicely and keeps you interested. This next item is either good or bad... there's not an overabundance of sex scenes, where they are it fits into the story, they're not just dumped into the story to fill space or because some editor says, add more sex scenes. And for the most part we get to use some of our own imagination with them. There are more books in the series so give this one a try with the thought that some of the background stories are missing, but Ms. Fox does a good job of mentioning things you really need to know from past stories.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Funny and Suspenseful- A Must Read You just can't go wrong with a Lizzie Brown adventure. As with each book preceding, Night of the Living Demon Slayer had me from the first page. It's fun, funny and exciting. This book was so much more suspenseful that I remember from past books, I could not put it down! From ghosts, zombies, and our favorite biker witches to an epic graveyard battle, this book has it all!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from She does it again!!!!!! Another fun ride in the life of Lizzie Brown! I truly enjoyed this novel. At times it is laugh out loud funny and others it's so suspenseful I couldn't put it down. I LOVE this series, and can hardly contain my impatience while waiting for the next installment! If you haven't read this series yet - DO! The first book is currently FREE for Kindle! ;) I highly recommend this book as well as all of Angie Fox's other works.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A new twist to Lizzie's talents This book is book 7 and it does not disappoint. Lizzie who is a Demon Slayer now has to help a friend fight an evil voodoo priest in New Orleans. It takes different skills than she has used in the past. With the help of the Biker Witches and a Spirit she defeats the evil Voodoo group. I started reading this while on vacation and finished in two days. It was a very fast read. I have loved this whole series and Angie Fox’s other books.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Funny, scary and exiting. Oh Yeah, and Zombies. I must admit that I really like the Demon Slayer series, some more than others. This one I found to be very exciting and rather educational. I knew very little of the Voodoo practices and I did learn something. Mostly, not to go “there.” Otherwise, I learned that the Red Skulls biker witches are more fun than ever. And Ant-Eater is truly a wonderfully wicked woman - in a good way. Facing down a Voodoo Bokor and his truly evil Maman brought some of the best adventures yet to Lizzie and the crew. The Voodoo action is scary and bloody and must be read carefully so you can keep track of all the parts (and to whom those parts are supposed to be attached.) I did miss Carpenter and I wanted more of his and his (surprise) family’s story and their side of the action. Lizzie, as usual, is smart, funny, sassy and lives by the rule “where fools rush in . . . “ But always for the greater good and to make right the threats to her very extended family. Grandma is awesome, Dimitri is sexy and the witches are Badass. Who could ask for more?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another great Demon Slayer story! I received and ARC from the author in exchange for an honest review. This book was so extremely hard to put down that I finished it in one evening. I love this series and all the whacked out characters. Just thinking of a leather clad grandma on a harley puts a smile on my face. Lizzie is at her butt-kicking best! My only complaint about the book is that there wasn't enough shirtless Dimitri, but what there was of the super hot shape-shifting griffin was amazing. Plus I can never get enough Pirate. That dog is hilarious! It was pretty awesome that this tied into the authors short story Gentlemen Prefer Voodoo from the MY Zombie Valentine anthology. Can't wait for more Demon Slaying!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Awesome Fun Read! **I Received a kindle copy of this book from the Author in return for an Honest Review** What's a Demon Slayer to do when a well meaning Necromancer calls in his favor owed? Well of course the sassy Biker Demon Slayer Lizzie, her dog Pirate, Pirate's pet Dragon Flappy, and her Grandma's ragtag Biker Witch Coven head straight to New Orleans to help out the lovable Necromancer Carpenter. He is owed a favor, and Lizzie's an honorable Demon Slayer! In this 7th installment of the Lizzie Brown saga as I've come to call it (the Demon Slayer series if your everyone else), Lizzie finds herself lounging at Grandma's since her Husband is on Griffin business, when Carpenter shows up toting a trapped black soul. He's there to call in his favor owed. He only wants Lizzie to help figure out how a Dark Bokor (evil voodoo priest) is trapping black souls, and her help to release a black soul from an alligator. Can't be to hard, right? As usual what was supposed to be an easy job turns into a full out war Biker Witch Style! Pirate, with the help of the Biker Witches drag Lizzie down into even more trouble while staying in a haunted house owned by Biker Witch Ant Eater's family. Though in true form Lizzie manages to come out the other side mostly unharmed. I had so much fun reading this one even though its a little shorter than past slayer book, Lizzie was somewhere new, fighting an evil she's never faced. It also gives you a little more insight into Ant Eater's past, and into Carpenter's life. Though Carpenter is still mostly a mystery, one I really want to see on paper in the future! As always with this series lots of laughs were had, steamy love scenes were devoured, and at times I was on edge of my seat with suspense wondering how Lizzie was going to get everyone out of this...... If you've read the previous books this one is totally on par with the previous ones, if you have not I suggest you start out from the beginning with The Accidental Demon Slayer (Demon Slayer #1) by Angie Fox and let the fun times roll!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Haunted houses, voodoo, and more! Witches, zombies, and voodoo, oh my! This book has it all, with action from the beginning. Angie Fox makes you feel as if you are actually in New Orleans with the biker witches as they embark on their newest adventure against dark magic. Night of the Living Demon Slayer kept me so entertained I couldn't put it down until I finished it. Another winner from Ms. Fox! I highly recommend! *I received an advanced copy in exchange for an honest review.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lizzie and the gang take on New Orleans This is book 7 in the Biker Witch Mystery-Accidental Demon Slayer Series featuring demon hunter Lizzie Brown, but it can definitely be read as a standalone book (although I recommend reading the whole series since all the books are great!). Lizzie travels to New Orleans to stop some crazy voodoo zombie action happening there to repay a favor. Of course her talking dog, Pirate, and her biker witch grandma and coven have to go along for the ride....they don't want to miss any of the fun! Throw in a baby dragon, a haunted house, and Lizzie's griffin husband, Dimitri and the action never stops. Mystery, suspense, romance and paranormal work together for another successful story from author Angie Fox. I loved reading this book and can't wait for more adventures that await Lizzie and the gang!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Demon Slayer meets Walking Dead in Big Easy In book 7 of Angie Fox's paranormal mystery series, we find accidental demon slayer Lizzie Brown, her talking canine, Pirate, her hunky shape-shifter husband, Dmitri, her grandmother and the biker witch crew, and her dragon-in-training, Flappy, heading down to New Orleans to lend a hand to Lizzie's friend and necromancer, Carpenter. The deceptively simply mission quickly turns into more than any of them bargained for, as they venture into some unchartered territory in the dark, ugly part of voodoo and the undead. This is a fun, well written, compelling story that honors the history of this series, while building the relationships and setting the stage for the next book. Fox excels at character development, and Lizzie and her crew are among my favorites. It has the right mix of suspense, humor, mystery, romance, action, magic, and paranormal plot-twists, this time with the atmospheric flavor of the Big Easy. I really enjoyed this book, although I would have liked to learn a bit more about the backstory with Ant Eater's family home, and a better understanding of what was going on in the séance room, as I think it would have added to the overall story. Those might be details for a future book, however, and there certainly was enough going on otherwise to hold my attention. I recommend this book for readers of mystery, paranormal, romance, and simply laugh out loud fun. It's a great summer read to take on vacation, to the beach, relaxing by the pool, or while soaking in the bath with a cup of tea, or a glass of wine. If you want a book with interesting characters, a suspenseful storyline, a great setting, where the good guys win in the end, this one should be on your summer reading list.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lizzie and Crew are back !!!! How can you not love a book that has a talking dog, who has a pet dragon, a crazy biker grandma who happens to be a witch with a coven who is just as crazy as she is? Also a handsome husband who happens to be a Griffon? This time Lizzie and Crew are off to NOLA to help out an old friend named Carpenter, (how cool of a name is that?) Lizzie, Granny, and Crew are going up against a powerful Voodoo Priest, which will take everything Lizzie and Crew can throw at them. I became addicted after reading the 1st book, this is now the 7th, Angie makes these books so enjoyable, you can't help but get caught up in these books, they are that good. I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dragons, and Necromancers, and Zombies! Ms. Fox hits it again with the ever amazing Lizzie, her sassy dog Pirate, Grandmother and her biker gang. Put this enchanting crew in New Orleans and you have an irresistible and hair raising thrill with Zombies and ghosts. And this time add a delightful young dragon. OH, and don't forget the necromancer. Get me the Cheezits and Cherry Coke, I had the privilege of reading the ARC, but I want to read it again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fun-filled, Wild ride! Lizzie is a Demon Slayer. Her Grandmother is a witch whose coven is a motorcycle gang called the Red Skulls. Add a pet dragon and a dog who speaks perfect English and her husband, Dimitri, who is a sexy Griffin and you have a fast-paced, humorous, interesting afternoon read. Lizze and the The Red Skulls agree to help Carpenter, a necromancer, deal with a rogue alligator in New Orleans. I am pretty fussy about what type of paranormal book I read. Angie Fox has got me hook, line and sinker! I want to ride with The Red Skulls! Open the book, hang on to your seat and prepare for a fun-filled, wild ride with a good dose of drama!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lizzie, Pirate, dragon & the Biker witches in NOLA I was given this book as an ARC to read for an honest review. I have been reading the Demon Slayer series from the beginning and look forward to the next one as I finish the last. This one certainly didn't disappoint. It has been a pleasure to see Lizzie grow and mature into her powers. While this book is part of s series you can still enjoy as a stand-alone book. Lizzie has a promise to keep and she follows through with a trip to New Orleans. She brings the biker witches as a safe guard and they come prepared. The interactions between Lizzie and the Biker Witches is always interesting because they give her grief yet care of her deeply and she feels the same for them. Pirate and the dragon add a fun thread no matter how serious things get. The book was fun yet kept you interested.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another score for Fox! I have to start off by saying that I LOVE this series and yet again, Angie Fox does not disappoint. With moments that had me laughing out loud and some drool-worthy moments with Lizzie's hubby, a super sexy griffin shapeshifter, I was hooked from the get-go and could not put this one down. When Lizzie is called to repay a favor, things go from a quick, fun trip to New Orleans to spiraling out of control, with the biker grandma and smart-arsed side-kick Pirate the talking dog along for the ride. A wonderful read that had me laughing at moments days later.
