Rated 5 out of 5 by from Inspired by the book Niki Jabbour's Veggie Garden Remix I was already a fan of exotic plants and vegetables, unusual colours, and new flavours but Niki Jabbour has collected in this book a cornucopia of ideas, practical advice, and inspiring recommendations that I will return to repeatedly. I waited until I read every page before writing a review but it is not necessary to read this book in that linear fashion. It may be better to skip forward to the subject that most interests you at the moment. I now have this book on my shelf sandwiched between The Year-Round Vegetable Gardener and Ground-Breaking Food Gardens also from Niki Jabbour.
