Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love my new Bible! My book review for September is for a Bible: "The NIV Pink Bible: An Invitation to Hope”, published by Zondervan. The book retails for about $38.99 CDN at Chapters and was released on August 12th, 2013. I requested to review this book as I needed a new Bible and my favorite colour is pink. The moment I received this Bible, I loved it, it was beautiful. It is an Italian Duo-Tone cover, hot pink with a light pink and a hot pink satin ribbon in the center. Very much "me" and I was really excited to start reading. It is the complete text of the New International Version of the Bible, which is very easy to read and understand. Although I am not a cancer survivor, the nine passages and prayers that they included are very touching. I also liked the fact it had silver edging details on the pages and the Bible is also lay flat so it's very easy to read. The print is also easy on the eyes and not too small. Overall, I this Bible is excellent! I will enjoy reading it daily. I recommend this Bible to anyone, especially if you are looking to give a gift to a cancer patient or survivor (as it would make a beautiful gift). I give it a 5 out of 5. Disclosure of Material Connection: I received this book at no charge through BookSneeze.com’s Blogger Review Program in exchange for my honest opinion of this book.
