Intimate, honest, and inspiring, Not Young, Still Restless is a fascinating memoir of a life in daytime drama—and proof positive that that growing older doesn’t have to mean giving up.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from love the title Interesting but not what I was excepting given all her years on YR. I would have thought she had lived a better life given her years on the show. Her persona as a women on YR, I felt let down as to life on day to day living.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from "The Best" I really enjoyed the book especially since I have watched the Y & R since 1973 when I was home pregnant with my youngest son. I enjoyed hearing about some of the characters I had almost forgotten about, like the Brooks family, although I love all the characters especially Melody Thomas Scott who I have corresponded with for a number of years. Jeanne Cooper did an excellent job relating what happened through her life. I couldn't believe the famous actors that she has performed with as well as how forthcoming she was about the men she slept with. I have grown to love Jeanne's Y & R character Katherine Chancellor and hope to watch her for many more years to come. I would love to meet her someday so that I can tell her face to face how much I think of her and her acting. A wonderful lady who has a magnificent career, a wonderful family and even greater memories. Love you Jeanne "Katherine".
