Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Cookbook - the authors hit a home run again After getting Jerusalem as a gift I picked up Ottolenghi and was not disappointed. This book has lots of great salads and I especially like the extended baking section at the back. Recipes are straightforward and ingredients for the most part are easily available - you may have to look a bit for distinctive middle eastern ingredients like sumac and zaatar but they can be found and add a taste that's different and special. I hope this duo continue to release more books to share their recipes with everyone who doesn't have the opportunity to eat at their London restaurants.
