It has the easiest to understand explanation of autoimmune diseases, how you get them, how you treat them, and just what they are (and why they are). Also, good luck. If you have an autoimmune disease, you have my sympathy. I've struggled with a few of them myself and they are not fun! But you CAN feel better. :)

It is a heavy read sometimes, true, but one that will leave you with all the tools needed to take charge of your body and it's overall condition.
