Rather it gives you some solid reasons to make diet changes, then gives you great recipes to follow and exercises that are different-quirky-fun. Paleo is obviously challenging to follow and can be quite inconvenient at times, but Paleo Fitness makes it as easy as it's ever going to be to eat healthier.
