Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good Visuals - But where's the rest of the recipe? I like to purchase my cookbooks based on good visuals and ingredients that are pretty standard - which is why I chose this book. Maybe I should have read some of the recipes first. Not all of the instructions are in the for the recipe are there - a lot of them tell you what to turn the oven temperture to; but, then don't tell you how long to put it in for or what to watch for when it's done. Just 'preheat the over to 175' and that's the end of the recipe. Or a list of ingredients; but, it doesn't tell you how to prepar it - 'two sweet potatoes' cut?peeled?diced? Nope just 'now mix in sweet potatoes'. Thank goodness there are visuals! It does have a lot of great recipes/ideas, with standard ingredients that people will have available. You just have to be very familiar around a kitchen and with Paleo cooking. I would still recommend because of the basic ideas and recipes.
