Rated 5 out of 5 by from Freaking Easy yet delicious What this book provides is over a month's worth of seriously delicious lunch recipes (a lot are good for breakfast and dinner, too) that are FREAKING EASY! And more importantly, they taste damn good.Not every wrap was to my liking. For instance, I cannot stand the taste of crab, so I skipped over the two recipes calling for crab cake. But I've tried about half the recipes in here and every single one turned out incredible. Even the ones I was a little skeptical about. Since I went Paleo, I've lost about 15 pounds (without trying, mind you!) and my skin is practically GLOWING. I'm sleeping a lot better. And here's the big one for me, I now have endless amounts of childlike energy. Seriously. Before, I just sort of slugged around all day, guzzling caffeine, which did nothing except give me the jitters. Now I'm in super mode! I feel like Mario when he gets the little gold star. The best Paleo cookbook ever.
