This cookbook is organized into 3, 4 and 5 ingredient recipes and a section on dressings as well. There are pictures to go with many recipes

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Have made 21 recipes, every one is a winner. My wife and I have now made 21 recipes from this book. Every single one of them is a winner. This is without a doubt the best cookbook I've owned, simply because the recipes are quick, healthy, and consistently tasty. Sometimes ingredients for paleo recipes can be hard to find, but I haven't had that problem with any of these recipes.

If you are brand new to Paleo or been following it for awhile, then you know that it can be time consuming to cook meals from scratch every day. Cindy's new book, makes it easy to whip up HEALTHY homemade meals without skimping on flavor. Guess what? With less ingredients, comes a smaller grocery bill. Another pain point for many paleo eaters. This book will save you time, money and keep you belly full, healthy and happy! I highly recommend it.
