Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pandora's Daughter This book is captivating from start to finish. I just wish the editing didn't get in the way of the story with all of the hyphens in nearly every word that began with re. That was extremely distracting and annoying. I hope that there will be more books along the same line by Iris Johansen. She is a truly great story teller.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A Riveting Mix Typical johansen style. Megan Blair could have been Eve Duncan. A psychic overload but never the less a good story.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from s'okay Looks like everyone is getting into the latest craze, be it vampirism or the paranormal. This one was just okay - it really didn't do anything for me. But it was a good quick read. Not so exciting where you "...just couldn't put the book down". IJ has written some good stuff and this one wasn't as intensive as some of her others. I'll say it's still a good read so thumbs up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic! I have to admit, I'm only half way through this book, but it's the first book in a long time that grabbed my attention right away and kept me up way past my bedtime. It's a unique story that is revealed a piece at a time, and the characters are intriguing and well developed by the author. I can't wait to finish the book...and plan to search out other books by this author, hoping they meet my new, high expectations for Iris Johansen.
