Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE LOVE LOVE The Beginner Box I've been running the D&D Club at my kids' elementary school for three years now. The Beginner Box is absolutely ideal. Extremely well written, very nicely illustrated, easy to follow. and MUCH better than any of the current offerings from the competition. Reminds me very much of the old TSR days -- if you didn't want to play AD&D you could always play the Basic Set, and it was fully functional. This is just like that. I could not recommend this more, and at Chapters, with the on-line discount this is a value that can not be beat.
