Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally !! Its comes to Canada ! The flow of the book was a bit backwards for my liking ... I am still working on figuring out the eating portion of the book but a WHOLE BOOK dedicated to PCOS and eating and it's in my house!! Finally I can figure this PCOS thing out without 14 different books with one-liners in them !! Excellent information !!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from An excellent source of information After surfing the net and reading about PCOS after I was diagnosed with it, I was so afraid to try any of the low carb diets out there. They seemed so ridiculous. Finally I purchased this book, and it is wonderful. The diet is so easy to follow. No grams or calories to count, no weighing....and I never feel hungry anymore. The first week alone I lost 2.5 pounds! I feel better mentally after not even a full week. This taught me what my body needs to consume in order to function. It makes it very easy to make a needed lifestyle change and I don't feel deprived at all!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A worthy read After finally being diagnosed with PCOS I purchased this book. I read through it and decided to try the diet. In no way was it strict. In fact I found myself feeling like I was eating too much. Well two weeks later I have dropped weight I feel better and I have incredible energy. I would definitly recommend this book to anyone with PCOS. It is a good diet for anyone really and is easy to follow. It also includes alot of information on PCOS itself!
