Rated 5 out of 5 by from Typical C.S. Lewis .... Genius This book has to be my all time favorite. If you know your theology, this vivid story is one big commentary without ever sounding like it's forced. Truly thought provoking and truly genius. If you don't know theology, this book still has a good story line, but it won't have the same impact.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Enchanting This book is the second of the Space Trilogy by C.S. Lewis, of Chronicles of Narnia fame. The Space Trilogy continues Lewis' writings of science fiction, but is directly aimed at an older audience than Narnia. In many ways, this allows Lewis much more range, and I believe encapsulates the brilliance of Lewis' writings far more than Narnia. This book, Perelandra, held me spellbound and enchanted, yearning for the adventures held within.
